Hello beautiful ray of sunshine! My name is Karolina and I’m so grateful that ​you felt called to visit my website. I’m extremely excited to share balancing ​practices with you through Ambrosia - the nectar of life. These practices can ​help you re-connect with your body, your essence, your inner light, calm the ​mind and process emotions in a healthy way.


In our daily lives we tend to be so preoccupied with the external world that ​we forget there is a whole universe within us. That inside world requires our ​unconditional love and undivided attention, otherwise it gets out of balance.


I work with the body, the breath, the mind, the elements, nature, movement, ​energies and rituals to restore an inner harmony, and support body’s return ​to its normal homeostatic state, so it can self-regulate effectively. I provide ​personalised healing programs to facilitate release of blockages, transmute ​any negative emotions, invite renewed energy and create more space for ​love, joy, inspiration and peace.

How can I help?

Our body, just like our planet, is governed by various natural, automatic ​processes that rely on a stable internal environment. Its balance can get ​impacted by a number of things (pretty much everything): our external ​experiences and our emotional response to them, energies of other people, ​places, food, technology, even the phases of the moon, the alignment of the ​planets, the weather on Earth and the weather of the cosmos!


Body’s natural processes can therefore get disrupted depending on how well ​we care for our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, especially in times ​of heightened emotional states and severe weather conditions.


With the right practices, self care rituals and improved mindset this ​equilibrium can be restored and the negative effects of some elements ​reversed. Serenity and bliss can not only be achieved but maintained.


I specialise in yoga movement and philosophy, breathwork practices, and ​theta healing; all of which have helped me re-align, balance my emotions, ​connect with my intuition and live a healthy, happy life. I can help you take ​action, go beyond the veil of the everyday struggle, find peace, ​empowerment and alignment with your goals and desires.

Breathwork and meditation

Breathwork and meditation are so very underrated. Breathing is something ​we do constantly, often without paying any attention to it, but this simple ​action can be used as a tool to improve your mental and physical health, ​like reducing stress and anxiety or even symptoms of certain diseases. For ​majority of us, our unconscious breathing patterns are fast, shallow, high in ​our chest, however, bringing attention to our breath and mindfully changing ​it (deepening, speeding up or slowing down) can completely change how we ​feel.


There are many reported benefits of breathwork and meditation, from ​reducing stress and anxiety to improving sleep and mood, even easing ​symptoms of certain physical illnesses. Sitting in stillness and breathing ​consciously is as important as movement. We should strive to find the ​balance, that’s what our body craves - action and rest, yin and yang, sun ​and moon, feminine and masculine. When we meditate - our mind is still, ​our emotional state is stable, we become more creative, inspired, calm and ​joyful!


I often combine breathwork and meditation with slow, gentle movement to ​facilitate a quicker release for the greatest benefit to the body and the mind. ​Gentle movement, brushing or sweeping can prepare the body for the ​meditative state whereas the breath can encourage the mind to quieten or ​activate our pineal gland to trigger the feeling of bliss. This makes the ​meditating experience more powerful, profound, even ecstatic.


The initial session always starts with a conversation, getting to know you, ​your state of mind, body and emotions. Each subsequent session format is ​customised to each person, depending on their need. Sessions are either ​held in nature (weather dependent) to facilitate the connection to various ​elements, at your home or mine (Byron Bay) - depending on preference.

Yoga is not a work out, it’s a work in.


I’ve always loved this quote, it describes what yoga is so perfectly because in ​addition to making our bodies beautiful, healthy and energised it also sets our ​mind to rest and quieten, supports our connection to our essence and intuition. ​It restores our inner balance, helps release stagnant energy or any stored ​emotions.


Often in high stress situations the unprocessed emotions get stored somewhere ​in our bodies. According to Chinese medicine, every organ holds a different ​emotion and if a negative emotion is stored in an organ for too long it starts to ​malfunction.


Certain asanas or postures by design help release emotions from the organs, ​hence strong emotions may arise during yoga. There may be resistance, ​sadness, even anger, that gets released during the practice. And afterwards we ​often feel light, rejuvenated and relaxed as if we have just shed an extra layer of ​heavy energy - that’s because we did!


I work with clients individually to create personalised programs, targetting areas ​of concern, strengthening parts that might be a little neglected and restoring a ​mind-body-soul connection,


Sessions are either held in nature (weather dependent) to facilitate the ​connection to various elements, at your home or mine - depending on ​preference and need.

Theta healing

ThetaHealing®

Theta Healing® is a meditation technique that helps you improve your ​mind, body, and spirit connection by accessing the subconscious mind ​via a Theta Brainwave - the dream state before deep sleep. It was ​created by Vianna Stibal to help her recover from an illness.


What we believe, is directly related to how we feel, therefore by ​reprogramming our subconscious thought patterns to positive ones we ​can feel better, make better life choices and achieve a lasting ​transformation. We can release stress, anxiety, grief, heartbreak, even ​physical illnesses, and in their place create healthy habits and positive ​emotions, re-shaping our own reality.


The theta brainwave allows theta practitioner to contact your ​subconscious mind where your experiences, memories, creativity, ​emotions, beliefs, spiritual connection are stored. Interestingly, the ​emotions of bliss and internal peace, that operate at certain frequency, ​can only be felt when theta brainwaves are dominant.


How does it work?

I first use questioning techniques and muscle testing to find any limiting ​beliefs or negative emotions that may have impacted your life - I’m being ​intuitively guided to find the root of the problem. I then connect to the ​energy of all that is (also known as: creation, source, consciousness, ​higher power, energy of universe, love, creator, God). This meditation ​gets you into a relaxed Theta Brainwave state, which allows me to speak ​to your subconscious mind, change the old beliefs, thoughts, emotions ​and habits and replace them with new, supportive, empowering, ​nurturing beliefs, thoughts, emotions or habits.


All of this happens only with your permission, you are the one that allows ​this process to happen. It might need to be repeated a few times until the ​root of the issue - the old belief, is removed from all bodies and on all ​levels (basic, genetic, historical and level of the soul)


I personally changed many blocking and restricting beliefs, healed parts ​of myself that I did not even realise were holding me back and created ​great loving relationships with myself and others.
